Sassan Zabeti has over twenty five years of diverse experience in tax, accounting, business management, and consulting. Sassan is a Certified Public Accountant. He also has earned two Master Degrees from University of Texas at Dallas: a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Master of Science in Accounting and Information Management (M.S.). Currently, he is a candidate for a degree of Juris Doctor (J.D.) specializing in executive track- graduation date October 22.
Over the course of past twenty five years he has held positions of:
-college professor of accounting/the director of the accounting department;
-coordinator of the CPA program- assuring compliance with Texas Board of Public Accountancy
-chief financial officer of a multimillion dollar enterprise - planning growth and overseeing all financial affairs;
-vice president of the largest fitness company in California - overseeing the operations, finance, and sales production of 12 large health clubs;
-sales manager of one of the most prestigious automobile dealerships in the US, training the staff, meeting quotas, managing multimillion dollars inventory.
Sassan's diverse education, extensive professional experience, and leadership style form a series of transferrable skills, which enable him to give sound accounting, entrepreneurial, and business advice as well as build and manage a team of professionals/financial specialists.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
Veronica has over 9 years of experience in accounting and administrative responsibilities. Her responsibilities includes tax preparation, accounting, general ledger administrator, and payroll. To further sharpen her skills, she has attended and completed a variety of courses and trainings in QuickBooks, Intuit pro-series, canopy, Microsoft office and Google.
Her responsibilities have evolved to include managerial and leadership responsibilities. She is attending University of Texas in Arlington, projected to earn her bachelor’s degree in December 2022. Her real world experience, combined with her academic achievements and on the job training at Pangea Tax LLC, constitute transferable skills that she uses daily to serve our clients. Most importantly she has electrifying personality, client centric philosophy, and unparalleled work ethics.
CPA, REPRESENTATIVE COLUMBIA OFFICE, SPANISH SPEAKER
Octavio is a Technologist in Commercial and Business Management, Certified Public Accountant, with a diploma in Tax Management, and the capacity to perform as an analyst, coordinator, director or administrator in accounting areas. He regularly trains in international IFRS and auditing standards to provide the greatest knowledge and strengthen the credibility of companies with clients. He is fluent in spanish.
OFFICE MANAGER
Arleth has over 8 years experience as an office manager, with duties ranging from costumer relations to administration and accounting. She has prior experience working as a medical office manager and at a construction company as an administrator handling billing & receiving. She is experienced in Excel and Microsoft. Since working at Pangea Tax LLC, she has since obtained a QuickBooks Proadvisor certificate. Arleth is also Pangea’s Payroll Administrator. Her responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of Profit and Loss and Account reconciliation. Arleth has a passion for Entrepreneur Accounting.
